-New Orleans: Update: I visited New Orleans, find my post here. NOLA is at the top of my list of cities to visit sometime soon because it just sounds so fun, crazy, historic, and wonderful! I believe I've read somewhere that the top U.S. Cities that people visit (can't remember if it is US citizens included or just foreigners) are NYC, LA, Chicago, and then New Orleans! I have a friend who lives down there who is soon having a baby, so I think I'll let her get settled with her new bundle of joy and then finally visit! :)
-Birmingham: I have enjoyed my previous trips down to Alabama to Selma and Montgomery and the history of the Civil Rights Movement interests me, so I believe it's necessary to visit Birmingham as well.
-Savannah: Technically I've been here, but it was only for about 3 hours which isn't enough, so I would like to go back.
-Atlanta: For the most part, I never really wanted to go there to visit until I had two different friends who visited recently and told me that they loved it, so I decided to add it to my list-why not? Also more Civil Rights history :)
-Asheville, NC: Update: I visited Asheville, find my post here. This one I added because when I was thinking about visiting North Carolina, I did some online researching and found that quite a lot of people said that the city to visit in NC is Asheville with it's quirkiness and proximity to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Plus, I read the 36 hours article from the New York Times column, and it really made me want to go there.
-Toronto: Ok, so it's not a U.S. city, but it's still a place I might like to visit someday.
-Austin: Update: I visited Austin, click here for my post on my trip there. Is it cheating if I'm putting this on here and I already have a trip planned? Nope, I didn't think so. Austin just sounds so freaking cool with it's "weird" vibe and it's great live music scene. Can't wait to visit in February!
-San Antonio: Update: I visited San Antonio, click here for my post on my trip there. Besides Galveston, I've never really been to Texas so I wanted to knock out a few cities soon and say I'd really been to Texas. I've heard fun things about San Antonio and so it's also a stop on my trip to TX in February
-Milwaukee: Not sure why, but I do want to go here, Yet another contender for "places I may try and live someday".
-Baltimore: Updated: I visited Baltimore, click here for my blog post on my visit. Since living on the East Coast now, I've done a pretty great job of visiting places over here, but I haven't been to Baltimore yet, and I want to remedy that.
-Richmond: Another random one that I put on recently because of the 36 hours article on this city. Seriously, check out this column-it's great!
